Years ago I attended a cancer convention where the speakers were all integrative or holistic doctors and researchers. I was flabbergasted by how multiple speakers promoted an extended water fast for people challenged with abnormal cells. They talked about starving the body of sugar that feeds the bad cells, unloading toxins, causing the body to go into super survival “Superman” mode, and many other wonderful things to occur. Per expert Dr. Thomas Seyfried, PhD (Biochemical Geneticist, Cancer Researcher, Professor of Biology at Boston College, & Consultant/Trainer for Integrative Physicians):
A 7-10 day water-only fast/year may reduce your risk of cancer 99%.
I would definitely add to that
· Consume all natural & organic food/drink whenever possible with plentiful pure water
· Keep bowels open, ideally with multiple large healthy bowel movements daily
· Enjoy life with a positive mind/body/spirit connection and let go of any unforgiveness
· LEARN more via tools like my podcast/youtube The Fasting Podcast WOW (Wellness & Optimal Weight) – this week’s episode is all about this – https://rebrand.ly/wowepisodes
Besides a 7-10 day fast/year, consider intermittent fasting, a 72-hour fast quarterly, & a 24-hour weekly
We can focus on choosing an excellent natural lifestyle and managing/minimizing our stress. We can encourage others to consider some of the simple steps listed above, especially LEARNING MORE.
Abnormal cells thrive in an out of balance, toxic environment – typically with too much sugar feeding not just the bad cells but also the yeast overgrowth/candida. We need to detox and stay as clean as possible. We need to keep a healthy balance immune system. We have short and sweet episodes packed with information often in 5-15 minute bite-sized chunks of information.
I wish that you would share my podcast/youtube with more people and check out other natural health education. Let me know if you watched episode 111 this week about the prolonged fast and whether you qualify to do it and whether you did it and got great results after checking with your doctor.
